We offer financial assistance to low-income families to spay and neuter their pets. Customers must be on government assistance (Medicaid, HIP, HUD, VA benefits, SNAP, WIC, SSI or SSDI and live in Madison or Delaware county. We also offer Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for help with community cats.

Vouchers can be purchased on the 1st and 3rd Saturday, 10 - 4 pm.
